Retutns & exchange
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date the item arrived.
NOTE. Our actual store Østerbrogade 79, Nørresundby 9400 can also accept returned goods. Money can be returned, credited or exchanged for a different size (but only if this product is available in the store).
Do you need to ship the item back? No problem
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please note the following:
1. Items must be free of wear, stain or damage, washing, and odor from external odors such as perfume and smoke.
In addition, the clothes must have a label (where the price is indicated), otherwise we will not be able to sell the goods to a new recipient.
2. We do not offer free return shipping and will not refund any fees that may be incurred as a result of returning an item.
3. Be sure to send us the tracking number as soon as you submit your return.
When refunding funds, the money is credited to the account from which the payment was made within 3 banking days from the moment we received your parcel.
When exchanging, make a new order and send the old order back.
If you do not want to return the entire order, but only part of the order. The parcel must be sent directly to our address, and you cannot choose a post office box or post office.
If a parcel is mistakenly sent to a different address, Little Vikings will not be held liable for that.
We always check the product before shipping. But, unfortunately, something unexpected may happen or the product may have a manufacturing defect.

If you received a gift from Little Vikings that you want to return, you can
We can send the money from which the payment was made and it will be credited to the buyer's card.
If you want, we can send you a credit note for the amount of the gift you received, valid for 30 days so that you can use it as you like. Be sure to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your email address to receive a credit note.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund money to another account number - if you want to refund the money, please contact the donor.
Didn't pick up your parcel from the post office?
We sent the order to the point of receipt of parcels and did not pick up your order within 2 weeks while the parcel was at the point of issue of parcels
If for some reason you could not receive your parcel from the department, it will automatically go back to us and it will cost 47 DKK - upon return delivery.
